We are based in Ibiza and provide our services across the Balearic Islands, including villas, yachts, and exclusive venues. For winter we are based in French Alps- Val d’Isere. On request we can also serve events across Europe and beyond.

From yacht charters and hen parties to birthdays and family gatherings, The Caviar Bar adds a playful yet elegant touch that makes every moment special.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before your event in Ibiza to ensure availability and a fully tailored experience. However, we understand the spontaneous nature of life on the island and always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

We do not operate with a strict minimum guest requirement and are happy to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger-scale events. However, as each experience involves the same level of preparation, setup, staffing, and the opening of premium Antonius 6* caviar exclusively for your event, all bookings are subject to a minimum service rate equivalent to our small-scale event tier pricing, begining at 30 guests. This allows us to maintain the same elevated service and presentation standards regardless of guest count.

Absolutely. Multiple services can be combined within the same event. When services are booked together, we are able to offer a more tailored pricing structure aligned with the overall experience design, allowing for a more favourable rate across the booking.
