OUR CAVIAR

Celebration of Taste, Elegance and Tradition

Antonius Caviar is a Polish brand of the highest quality real caviar. The company is the biggest producer of this delicacy in Europe and the second biggest in the world. It is one of the few companies in the world obtaining roe only from fish from their own farms. Thanks to this, they have an impact on the constant quality of their product from the very beginning, through the entire life of the fish, the production, packing and storage all the way until the product is shipped to the customers.

Antonius Caviar is caviar of the highest quality. Therefore, it is unpasteurized and unovulated, so it retains all its nutritional value. It is obtained using the traditional method employed for centuries and is prepared with a minimal amount of salt (i.e., the "Malossol" method).

SIBERIAN

Immerse yourself in the exquisite appeal of Siberian caviar, obtained from the Acipenser baerii species. Renowned for its exceptional quality and intense flavor, this caviar offers an extraordinary culinary experience. From its deep black to light brown color, each pearl exudes elegance and sophistication. Produced using the traditional "Malossol" method, this caviar embodies the perfect balance of flavor and refinement.

Oscietra caviar, obtained from the Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, is renowned for its exquisite quality and rich flavor profile. It is a true symbol of culinary excellence and sophistication. It typically features medium to large roe and is renowned for its spectacular appearance, which ranges from dark brown to golden hues. Prepared with precision and care using the traditional "Malossol" method.
